About RePractice – A time to change

Modern medicine focuses on patient-centred care. In healthcare, it is important to first do no harm. As healthcare providers, we are responsible for our patients, responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control, as well as being responsible for protecting all individuals working in the healthcare setting.

As ethical humans, we are also responsible to our planet and the environment. Therefore, we should also aim to do no harm to the world we live in.

With each day, our awareness of the impact we have on our environment increases. We recognise that the traditional “take, make and waste” approach is not good enough and that things need to change.

We must take conscientious action for the future of our planet.

When we recognise our greater sense of duty to our environment, we increasingly look for opportunities to impact the world in more positive ways.
Let’s work towards a sustainable future together, take responsibility and RePractice.
